At Paramonov Jewelry we respect your privacy. What we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

1. Your name and phone number, required to confirm and deliver the order.
2. Your email address, if you provide one.
3. Your delivery address, if you provide one.
4. The items you ordered and the options you selected.

While you browse, the site keeps a count of how many times each product page is viewed and how often it's added to a cart. These counts are stored per product and aren't tied to you. We don't use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels.

Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, the URL you visited, a timestamp) are kept by our hosting provider for security and abuse-prevention.

What's stored on your device

Your shopping cart is saved on your device so it's still there when you come back later. This information stays on your device unless you submit an order. A small flag remembers whether you've closed our promotional banner during this visit. We use a session cookie for our own administrator login — it's only ever sent to staff who manage the store.

We don't use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

How we use the information

1. To process and deliver your order.
2. To call or email you to confirm the order and answer questions.
3. To respond to inquiries you start through WhatsApp, email, or phone.
4. In aggregate and without identifying you, to understand which products are popular.

Who else sees your data

1. Hosting · our site runs on servers in Germany operated by Hetzner Online GmbH. Standard request data is processed there to deliver the site to you.
2. Shipping carrier · when you place an order, your name, phone, and delivery address are passed to the carrier we use to ship it.
3. WhatsApp · if you message us through WhatsApp, your messages go through Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. under its own terms.

We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep things

1. Order records · kept for the period required by Israeli tax and consumer-protection law, currently seven years from the end of the tax year of the purchase.
2. Information on your device · stays in your browser until you clear it.
3. Server logs · kept by our hosting provider under its standard retention policy.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law 5741-1981, you can:

1. Ask to see the personal information we hold about you.
2. Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
3. Ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
