Store Rules
- Please read these rules carefully and completely, as they are a mandatory condition for entering into an agreement between the parties.
- The store is intended for online purchases by Israeli users and is open to purchases by individuals over 18 years of age, with an Israeli email address, a residential address in Israel, and a valid Israeli credit card.
Payment Options You can pay for your order using the following methods:
Bank Transfer (Payment by Invoice): After confirming your order, a manager will send you the payment details or an invoice. You can pay through your online banking app or at a branch. Items will be shipped only after funds have been received in our bank account.
Fast and secure payment directly through online services (PayPal or BIT). After placing your order, you will receive a direct link for the transfer. Cash on pickup: You can pay for and pick up your order at our pickup location/office.
Important information for customers Item reservation: When paying by bank transfer, the item is reserved for you for 3 business days. Please send your payment receipt to your manager to expedite order processing.
Refunds: In the event of an order cancellation or return, funds will be returned to the same bank account or e-wallet from which the payment was made.
- By viewing and/or purchasing products and/or services offered in the store, you agree to accept and act in accordance with the terms of these rules. Therefore, if you do not agree to the terms of these rules, please do not use the store.
- Prices include VAT unless otherwise expressly stated.
Regular Purchase
A limited number of items are offered at a pre-set price as part of a regular sale. The sale will be conducted under the following conditions:
- The store will display a product listing, including full details of the product or service offered and a pre-determined price. The sale will continue while stocks last.
- After adding the ordered items to the cart, the buyer proceeds to the "Cart" page, "Purchase Confirmation," and completes the online purchase process.
- The sale will be completed after the transaction is confirmed by phone within 24 hours (one business day) of placing the order. The buyer will be contacted by phone to verify credit card information, check the availability of the ordered item, and confirm the order has been processed.
Product Exchange
- Product exchanges with a receipt are only possible within 14 days. Refunds will be processed, in accordance with the law, within ___ business days if the purchase amount exceeds ____ ₪. Refunds will be processed according to the payment method used by the customer. When canceling a transaction, a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 shekels, whichever is lower, will be deducted from the transaction amount.
- The loan is personal and cannot be transferred or sold.
- The item will be exchanged for the equivalent amount at the time of exchange.
Cancellation
- As a general rule, the customer may cancel a transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 5741-1981 (hereinafter: the "Law").
- You may cancel the purchase of an item within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item. Cancellation may only be made by sending notice in writing and/or by fax and/or email directly to the store.
- In the event of cancellation, the buyer will be charged a cancellation fee of 5%, but not more than 100 shekels, in accordance with the provisions of the Law.
- If the product has been delivered to the buyer, the buyer is responsible for returning it to the store in person. The buyer is obligated to return the product in its packaging, intact, and free from damage and/or defects.
- Both parties agree to pay the full shipping cost if the product has already been shipped to the buyer.
- The store reserves the right to cancel the transaction or sale in whole or in part in the following cases:
- A typographical error has been made, whether in the price or description of the product.
- In the event of force majeure, military action, terrorism, and/or any other circumstances that prevent a proper sale.
- Notification of the sale cancellation will be sent to buyers by phone and/or email to the address specified on the registration page.
- If the product is out of stock after an order has been placed, the store may cancel the sale and/or offer an alternative product of equivalent value. Notification of such cancellation will be sent in writing or by phone.
